In the competitive world of today , when we are exposed to tough competition with persons of equal or better level , we need to create a brand image of us. This is possible by able to create a " Wow" factor at regular intervals by shining brigher and brighter in any discussion or decision taking moment. This is possible if we continue to learn new things. So , each one of us need to have rare immunations of wisdom which needs to fired during important meetings or discussions in our Profession. This display of wisdom will create a brand image of ours. So it is essential to upgrade ourselves continuosly by learning new things regularly. Even if we are Trainers, we need to learn new subjects for inner upgradation . This will benefit us in two ways. 1) Create a brand image of ourselves 2) Enhance the neuroplasticity , thereby keeping us mentally young.
