This rhythm is Cosmic rhythm. In the 18 th Century a German Scientist and Musician Ernest Chladni , also known as father of acoustics , demonstrated that sound effects matter by experiments. He would play violin near a plate covered with sand and the sand particles formed various shapes in response to the sound vibrations of the violin. God , the Cosmic Consciousness is Energy , Matter and Spirit. The Energy - Matter - Spirit Triangle needs to be regulated by a higher force , a Consciousness , a kind of binding energy that makes the whole system cohesive. Human cells and DNA respond to this cohesive force or Cosmic Consciousness which in turn responds to energy frequency in the universe. Sound vibrations generate energy frequency of cohesion if created in rythm. Mantras are sound vibrations which create Cosmic rythm there by awakening the force of Consciousness. This force of Consciousness creates the healing effect on the body .
