*Intelligence Quotient, Emotional Quotient and Spiritual Quotient - The Trinity of Success in Life of self and our children : In science, the term intelligence typically refers to what we could call academic or cognitive intelligence. *Intelligence Quotient* is a measurement of our intelligence and is expressed in numbers. The formula for calculating IQ is as follows: Mental age/Chronically age*100 *Cognitive intelligence* is the intelligence to reason, plan, solve problems, think abstractly, comprehend complex ideas, learn quickly and learn from experience. In order to achieve success in life cognitive intelligence and its measurement IQ needs to be high. High cognitive intelligence is essential to score high in routine as well as competitive examinations. *Emotional Intelligence or Emotional Quotient ( EQ)* is defined as an individual's ability to identify, evaluate, control and express emotions. EQ is level of our ability to understand other people, what motivates them and how to work cooperatively with them. *Spiritual Quotient* is going beyond our cognitive and emotional skills. SQ is our most fundamental intelligence. SQ gives us vision, value and belief system. It represents our level of alignment with the Super Conscious intelligence. SQ is living in humility realising that we are a tiny drop in the energy ocean, known as universe and our existence is for serving the humanity. SQ is extremely important for balancing work commitment, family and inner growth. In order to be successful and happy in life we need to develop Trinity of Intelligence. If parents develop the Trinity of intelligence, it percolates slowly to the child due to highly balanced response and interactions by the parents. For success of Self in various aspects of life and to make our children milestones of balanced personality, acquiring Trinity of Intelligence should be the top priority in life.
