Can our thoughts change our Brain cells and Genes? It has been scientifically experimented that during our thought process , our brain releases neuro transmitters ( chemical messengers) that allows it to communicate with itself and parts of the nervous system. A sizeable body of research exploring the consciousness , carried on for more than 30 years in prestigious scientific institutions across the world , shows that thoughts are capable of effecting everything from the simplest machines to the most complex living beings. Every thought we have is a tangible energy with the power to transform. Every thought we have results into neurochemical changes, some temporary and some lasting. For example, when people consciously practice gratitude and abundance , they get a surge of rewarding neurotransmitters like dopamine and experience a brightening of the mind. For the first time researchers have been able to construct a gene network that can be controlled by thoughts . Martin Fusseneger, a Professor of ETH, Zurich led the research project that shows the powerful potential of thoughts. Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable by language , words and thoughts. This has now been scientifically proven and explained. Russian researchers have carried out experiments on the 90 percent of the DNA which were earlier considered as Junk DNA as only 10 percent DNA were considered to be of utility due to their protein ability. According to Russian scientists our DNA are not only responsible for the construction of our body, but also serve as data storage and communication. Their scientific research has revealed that these junk DNAs can be influenced by our words and thoughts at certain frequency pattern. In our day to day life if we can generate that frequency than we can influence our DNA for positive transformation.
